This was taken in September 2009 when I had the great chance to visit Mallorca with my brother’s family! I can not remember the actual name of the ham/salami but it was delicious! Topped with balsamic vinegar and my favourite pine nuts! I very much enjoyed that dinner… The atmosphere was very friendly and calm. Not sure if the restaurant was a typical Mallorcan style but it looked like it… It was in Palma to be more precise, in the city centre!
Caesar Salad mmm!! What do you think of the bowl? Very interesting I think! This was in B Bar and Kitchen in Cambridge. I visited our long rivals for a statistics workshop. It was… fun! So, I guess there is no need to introduce this dish! It is my favourite type of salad, probably after the Greek salad. The best Caesar (in my opinion) can be found at Marzano in Nicosia(Cyprus). Will get a picture of that when I next visit!!
One of my favourite mallorcan dinners! It is pork with Roquefort cheese and the amazing side was potatoes, aubergines and tomatoes. Trying hard to remember the name but it has been unsuccessful. Anyhow it was great! The restaurant was in Porto Pollenca and as far as I can remember Alex(my gorgeous nephew) was quite naughty and was desperately asking for an ice-cream– which he did not get in the end =(!
This is what you get when you attend a wedding at The Dorchester in London! It was my cousin’s wedding in October 2008! I can not remember exactly what was each little dessert but my favourite was the miniature crème brûlée!
